WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southeast, southwest, 
  and west central Indiana, including the following counties, in 
  central Indiana, Bartholomew, Johnson and Morgan. In south central 
  Indiana, Brown, Jackson, Lawrence and Monroe. In southeast 
  Indiana, Jennings. In southwest Indiana, Daviess, Greene, Knox, 
  Martin and Sullivan. In west central Indiana, Clay and Owen.

* WHEN...From 3 PM EDT this afternoon through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Widespread heavy rainfall between 2 to 4 inches fell across
    the watch area yesterday. Additional rainfall between 1 to 2
    inches, with locally higher amounts, is expected today into
    Wednesday. Heavy rainfall may lead renewed flooding and
    exacerbate flooding that is ongoing.
