...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE MONDAY
NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...Chelan County.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of smaller
  rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
  locations. People, structures, and roads located below steep
  slopes and near recently burned areas may be at risk from rock and
  mud slides.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An atmospheric river moving into the Pacific Northwest will
    bring moderate to heavy rainfall to western and central
    Chelan County. Rising snow levels will lead to a rain on snow
    event for elevations below 7000 feet. Forecasted 24 hour rain
    totals of 1.5 to 4 inches in addition to snowmelt will bring
    an increased risk for flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
