* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Greene County in southwestern Indiana...
  Sullivan County in southwestern Indiana...
  Clay County in west central Indiana...
  Northwestern Owen County in west central Indiana...
  Putnam County in west central Indiana...
  Vigo County in west central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 211 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
    Terre Haute, Greencastle, Brazil, Sullivan, West Terre Haute,
    Jasonville, Cloverdale, Shelburn, Prairieton, Prairie Creek,
    Farmersburg, Seelyville, Roachdale, Dugger, Knightsville,
    Clay City, Hymera, Bainbridge, Fairbanks and Carlisle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

...FLOOD ADVISORY HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLOOD WARNING...

The Flood Advisory is replaced by a Flood Warning for portions of 
southwest and west central Indiana, including the following areas, 
in southwest Indiana, Greene and Sullivan. In west central Indiana, 
Clay, Owen, Putnam and Vigo.

The threat of flooding continues and a Flood Warning is now in 
effect. Please refer to that bulletin for more information.
