...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is 
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  county, Nolan.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1033 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
    1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Maryneal, The Intersection Of Highway 70 And Ranch Road 53
    and Lake Sweetwater.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    FM 2035 crossing Bitter Creek, County Road 229 crossing
    Cottonwood Creek, Bitter Creek crossing Bitter Creek, County
    Road 209 crossing Bitter Creek and County Road 133 crossing
    Plum Creek.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
