* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Bartholomew County in central Indiana...
  Shelby County in central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 724 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Columbus, Shelbyville, Edinburgh, Hope, Flat Rock, Geneva,
    Morristown, St. Paul, Elizabethtown, Hartsville, Fairland,
    Clifford, Jonesville, Marietta, Taylorsville, Newbern,
    Waldron, Boggstown, Grammer and Azalia.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 925 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported flooded
    roadways in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor
    flooding is ongoing as 1 to 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
