...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Fayette, Franklin, 
  Union and Wayne and the following counties, in west central Ohio, 
  Darke and Preble.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 655 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5
    and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up
    to 0.5 inches are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Richmond, Connersville, Greenville, Eaton, Centerville,
    Cambridge City, Liberty, Arcanum, Bradford, Lewisburg,
    Hagerstown, New Paris, New Madison, Fountain City, Dublin,
    Glenwood, Lake Santee, Franklin, Salem and Waterloo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening for the 
following counties, in Indiana, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
