...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  counties, Menard and Schleicher Schleicher county.

* WHEN...Until 645 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 331 AM CDT, Low water crossing remain flooded in western
    Menard and southeast Schleicher county. Dunagans Rd at the
    San Saba river in southwest Menard county is closed due to
    flooding.  Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area.
    Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen earlier
    tonight.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Menard, Fort Mckavett, Saline, Camp Sol Mayer, The
    Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1773, The Intersection
    Of Us-83 And Highway 29, Us-83 Near The Kimble-Menard County
    Line and Us-377 Near The Kimble-Menard County Line.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    Toe Nail crossing San Saba River, crossings along FM 1221,
    Decker St. crossing San Saba River, Saline crossing Little
    Saline Creek, Russell crossing Rocky Creek, Dunagan crossing
    San Saba River and Ranch Road 2291 crossing Las Moras Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
