...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  county, Coke.

* WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1214 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
    have fallen over the past few hours.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are
    expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Robert Lee, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation
    Area, Silver, Sanco and The Intersection Of Highway 158 And
    Ranch Road 2059.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    Fields crossing, Collier crossing, Sanco crossing Yellow Wolf
    Creek and Arledge crossing Yellow Wolf Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
