...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by previous 
  excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following 
  county, Williamson.

* WHEN...Until 500 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 255 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Round Rock, Georgetown, Taylor, Granger, Serenada, Hutto,
    Bartlett, Thrall, Weir, Granger Dam, Georgetown Dam, Sun
    City, Jonah, Waterloo, Walburg, Hoxie, Sandoval, Laneport and
    Hare.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
