heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

WASHINGTON OK COUNTIES HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLOOD WARNING...
Hourly rain rates have dropped off considerably since early this
morning. However, the heavy rains from earlier this morning have
closed roads in the area as road side ditches, creeks and streams
are flooding. This flooding is expected to linger well into the day
before the waters begin to recede.
