The visibility will drop to less than 1/4 of a mile at times and motorists should be prepared to slow down and use your low beam headlights. * WHERE...Callahan, Haskell, Jones, Shackelford, Taylor, and Throckmorton Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
