  South Fork Coquille River at Myrtle Point affecting South Central 
  Oregon Coast zone.

.A Pineapple Express will bring heavy rain to the Coquille River 
basin, which could result in minor flooding due to excessive runoff.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you are in the watch area, remain alert to possible flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Agricultural and pasture land begins to 
  flood. Impacts on cattle grazing are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:20 AM PST Monday the stage was 24.0 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached based on the latest
    forecast information.
  - Flood stage is 33.0 feet.
