* WHAT...Temperatures of 32 to 34 degrees will result in frost 
  formation. Localized pockets of temperatures below 30 degrees are 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Eastern Upper and Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive 
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Where winds become light overnight, a 
  near-surface temperature inversion is possible. Temperature 
  inversions are less likely across northwest Lower Michigan, where 
  winds are expected to stay breezy through the night.
