The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * WINDS...South to Southwest winds blowing between 15 to 25 mph with gusts as high as 35 to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10-20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly.
