* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Flattery to Cape Shoalwater 
  out to 60 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST Sunday. 
  For the Gale Watch, from Monday morning through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could 
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will briefly subside this evening,
  before increasing again early Sunday morning. Seas will also
  briefly subside to around 10 ft tonight before building to 12 
  to 16 ft on Monday.
