Southeastern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado...
* Until 945 PM MDT.
* At 840 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Bethune, or 7
miles west of Burlington, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Burlington around 850 PM MDT.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 426 and 450.
Highway 385 between mile markers 170 and 196.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL KIT CARSON COUNTY
IS CANCELLED...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning has
been cancelled. However, small hail and heavy rain are still
possible with this thunderstorm.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT for
east central Colorado.
Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
western Kit Carson County.
