  Northwestern St. Tammany Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  Central Tangipahoa Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  Southwestern Washington Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 450 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Wilmer to 6 miles west of Folsom to near
  Springfield, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hammond, Franklinton, Ponchatoula, Amite City, Roseland, Folsom,
  Springfield, Natalbany, Robert, Enon, Wilmer, and Tickfaw.

This includes the following Interstates...
 Interstate 12 between mile markers 35 and 55.
 Interstate 55 in Louisiana between mile markers 24 and 34, and

extending from near Folsom to near Robert, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHWESTERN ST. TAMMANY...
SOUTHERN TANGIPAHOA AND SOUTH CENTRAL WASHINGTON PARISHES WILL EXPIRE
AT 530 PM CDT...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, gusty
winds and heavy rain are still possible with these thunderstorms.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
New Orleans.
