The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Kimble County in west central Texas...
  Southeastern Sutton County in west central Texas...

* Until 930 PM CDT.

* At 845 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles south of
  I-10 Near The Sutton-Kimble County Line, or 10 miles southwest of
  Roosevelt, moving north at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southwestern Kimble and southeastern Sutton Counties, including the
  following locations... I-10 Near The Sutton-Kimble County Line.

This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 428 and 439.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of natures leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,
you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

FOR SOUTHWESTERN KIMBLE AND SOUTHEASTERN SUTTON COUNTIES...

At 854 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles south of
I-10 Near The Sutton-Kimble County Line, or 8 miles south of
Roosevelt, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe storm will be near...

Sutton-Kimble County Line, or near Roosevelt, moving northeast at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
