Upshur County in northeastern Texas...
* Until 645 AM CDT.
* At 544 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
over Leesburg to near Ponta, or along a line from over Leesburg to
12 miles northeast of Rusk, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Longview, Henderson, Kilgore, White Oak, Gladewater, Gilmer,
Hallsville, Overton, Ore City, New London, Clarksville City, East
