  Northwestern Winn Parish in north central Louisiana...
  Southeastern Bienville Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  North Central Natchitoches Parish in northwestern Louisiana...

* Until 1245 PM CDT.

* At 1139 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
  11 miles northeast of Campti to 9 miles north of Winnfield, or
  along a line from 22 miles north of Natchitoches to 9 miles north
  of Winnfield, moving north at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Jonesboro, Hodge, Goldonna, North Hodge, East Hodge, Saline, Lucky,
  Ashland, Bienville, Quitman, Friendship, Liberty Hill, Mount Olive,
  Brice, Chestnut, Creston and Black Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR SOUTHWESTERN JACKSON,
NORTHWESTERN WINN, SOUTHEASTERN BIENVILLE AND NORTH CENTRAL
NATCHITOCHES PARISHES...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, small hail, gusty
winds, and heavy rain are still possible with these thunderstorms.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT
Saturday for portions of north central and northwest Louisiana.
