* At 612 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southeast
  of Daykin, or 7 miles north of Fairbury, moving northeast at 50
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

Daykin, or 8 miles north of Fairbury, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 612 PM, half dollar sized hail 
         was reported 6 miles west of Fairbury.

SOURCE...Emergency management. At 630 PM, half dollar sized hail was 
         reported in Fairbury.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northern Jefferson and southeastern Saline Counties, including the
following locations... Cub Creek Recreational Area, Swan Creek
Wildlife Management Area, and Crystal Springs Campground.
