* At 145 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Utica to near Glancy, moving northeast at 40
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Crystal Springs, Hazlehurst, Georgetown, Rockport, Gallman, and

FOR EASTERN COPIAH COUNTY...

At 216 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Terry to 7 miles west of Rockport, moving east at
25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR EASTERN COPIAH COUNTY WILL
EXPIRE AT 230 PM CDT...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for
central and south central Mississippi.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Jackson.
