THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Areas of freezing drizzle. Ice accumulations of a glaze to 
  a hundredth of an inch.

* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, and 
  Oswego Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely 
  become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery 
roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while 
driving.

  farther inland near Jamestown, where only 2 to 4 inches is 
  expected.

* WHERE...Chautauqua County. The greatest accumulations will focus 
  in a narrow band along the Chautauqua Ridge.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Tuesday. The heaviest 
  snowfall is expected late tonight through Monday afternoon.
