  higher amounts possible above 10000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 
  70 mph. Strong winds will lead to poor visibility is blowing snow.

* WHERE...Sierra Madre Range and Snowy Range.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Tuesday to 5 PM MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Outdoor recreation could become dangerous to those 
  caught unprepared for hazardous winter conditions. Hunters, 
  hikers, and snowmobilers may become disoriented and lost due to 
  low visibility in falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very
