...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...A light wintry mix of snow, freezing rain and sleet 
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central South Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will 
  likely become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wintry precipitation amounts are expected to 
  be light, less than an inch of snow possible, a thin glaze of ice 
  possible from freezing rain. Warmer, above freezing, temperatures 
  are expected to move into the area this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while 
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken 
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and 
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
