The Flood Watch will expire for portions of Indiana, including the
following areas, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio,
including the following areas, Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign,
Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin,
Greene, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer,
Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby,
Union and Warren.

Additional heavy will be very localized...so the flash flooding
threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 8 AM EDT
this morning.
