The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Fayette County in east central Indiana...
  Union County in east central Indiana...
  Wayne County in east central Indiana...

* Until 315 PM EDT.

* At 1210 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across
  the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are
  possible.

  FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Brownsville and surrounding areas. . This
  is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER
           GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding of low water
           crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Richmond, Centerville, Liberty, Hagerstown, Fountain City, West
  College Corner, Franklin, Salem, Abington, Brownsville, Greens
  Fork, Spring Grove, Bethel, Economy, Boston, Whitewater, Interstate
  70 at Exit 145, Philomath, Clifton and Richmond Municipal Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now! This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* At 310 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in
  Numerous flooded roads across the warned area, with up to 5 feet of
  water in Cambridge City. Between 3.5 and 6.5 inches of rain have
  fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are
  possible.
