The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Fayette County in east central Indiana...
  Southwestern Wayne County in east central Indiana...
  Northwestern Franklin County in southeastern Indiana...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 1114 AM EDT, emergency management reported widespread flash in
  Cambridge City, with numerous roads flooded and evacuations likely.
  Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible.

  FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Cambridge City and Connersville. This is
  a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER
           GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding of low water
           crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Connersville, Cambridge City, Dublin, Glenwood, Waterloo, Blooming
  Grove, Columbia, Metamora, Bunker Hill, Laurel, Milton, East
  Germantown, Mount Auburn, Nulltown, Alpine, Mettel Field, Beesons,
  Everton and Bentonville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to higher ground now! This is an extremely dangerous and
life-threatening situation. Do not attempt to travel unless you are
fleeing an area subject to flooding or under an evacuation order.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

CENTRAL INDIANA AND NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN
INDIANA AND HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A FLOOD WARNING. A FLASH FLOOD
WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR WAYNE COUNTY...

The flash flood warning has been replaced by a flood warning for
Fayette and Franklin Counties. A Flash Flood Warning remains in
effect for Wayne County. Please refer to those bulletins for more
information.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for portions of
Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
