* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison,
Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Beaver,
Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia,
including the following areas, Brooke, Eastern Preston, Eastern
Tucker, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston,
Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western
Tucker and Wetzel.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Total rainfall of 1.5 to 2.5 inches is expected through 8 AM
Monday across the watch area, with isolated totals of 3 to 5
inches possible. With soils still wet from past rainfall, such
rain totals could create flash flooding conditions.

Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas Counties. In western Pennsylvania,
including: Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Westmoreland and
Washington Counties. In West Virginia, including: Brooke, Hancock,
Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Tucker and Wetzel
Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Monday morning.
