...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Wyoming, including the following 
  county, Laramie.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 707 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 2.25 and 2.75 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are
    expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cheyenne, Happy Valley, Table Mountain Ranches, Rocking Star
    Ranch, Willadsen Estates, Silver Sage Estates, Warren AFB,
    Frontier Park, Cheyenne Regional Airport, South Cheyenne,
    South Greeley Highway, North Cheyenne, Bison Crossing, Fox
    Farm-College, Winchester Hills, Ranchettes, Laramie County
    Fairgrounds at Archer, Granite Canon, Cowboy Ranch South and
    Grass Hills.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
