...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor Flooding on roadways and ditches caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of panhandle Nebraska, including the following 
  county, Sioux.

* WHEN...Until 415 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 221 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Harrison and Fort Robinson State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 415 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 415 PM MDT this afternoon for a 
portion of panhandle Nebraska, including the following area, Sioux. 
Water is receding, but additional heavy rain is possible late this 
afternoon and this evening.

Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
