* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...East Central Gage County in southeastern Nebraska...
Southeastern Johnson County in southeastern Nebraska...
Nemaha County in southeastern Nebraska...
Northern Pawnee County in southeastern Nebraska...
Northwestern Richardson County in southeastern Nebraska...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 548 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Auburn, Humboldt, Peru, Table Rock, Stella, Shubert, Nemaha,
Brownville, Elk Creek, Burchard, Liberty, Lewiston, Steinauer,
The Highway 62 and 105 Junction, Kirkmans Cove Recreation Area,
Howe, Brownville State Recreation Area and Indian Cave State

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
