* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...West Central Union SC County in upstate South Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1139 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area with locally
around 3 inches of rain accumulating around the Highway 49 area,
near Cross Keys and along the Dutchman and Sugar Creek drainages.

Rose Hill State Park and Cross Keys.

* WHERE...West Central Union SC County in upstate South Carolina...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1246 AM EDT, Excessive runoff will continue across the Tyger
River basin into the late night hours. Remain wary of the
potential for flooding of low lying areas along the river and
select tributaries such as Dutchmans and Sugar Creek. This
advisory will expire on schedule.
