* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and
  streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 154 AM CDT /254 AM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated slow moving
    thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour
    moving into the area. Minor flooding may begin shortly after the
    onset of heavy rainfall.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Rensselaer, Fowler, Kentland, Milford, Otterbein, Chatsworth,
    Remington, Morocco, Onarga, Forrest, Oxford, Goodland, Brook,
    Cissna Park, Boswell, Buckley, Earl Park and Stockland.

Ford, Kankakee, Iroquois, Newton, Jasper, and Benton counties.
