* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Morgan County in northeastern Colorado...
  Central Weld County in northeastern Colorado...

* WHEN...Until 615 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry creeks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

    - At 316 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms over northern Weld County, moving slowly east.
    Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

    - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Keota, Briggsdale, Jackson Reservoir, New Raymer, Purcell,
    Buckingham and Cornish.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding of
small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland along creeks, and
other low lying areas.

* WHERE...Northwestern Morgan County in northeastern Colorado...
  Central Weld County in northeastern Colorado...

* WHEN...Until 615 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry creeks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

    - At 521 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain was beginning
    to diminish. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
    have fallen.

    - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

    - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Keota, Briggsdale, Jackson Reservoir, New Raymer, Purcell,
    Buckingham and Cornish.
