  Southern Henry County in east central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 247 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.25 inches are
    expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Indianapolis, Shelbyville, Lawrence, Greenfield, New Castle,
    Beech Grove, Speedway, Rushville, Southport, Cumberland,
    McCordsville, Knightstown, New Palestine, Meridian Hills,
    Warren Park, Morristown, Carthage, Spiceland, Shirley and
    Homecroft.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening for 
portions of central and east central Indiana, including the 
following areas, in central Indiana, Hancock, Marion, Rush and 
Shelby. In east central Indiana, Henry.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
