* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 519 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3.75 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Muncie, Kokomo, Alexandria, Winchester, Windfall, Yorktown,
Union City, Greentown, Albany, Eaton, Parker City, Farmland,
Lynn, Summitville, Gaston, Selma, Ridgeville, Orestes,
Saratoga and Ball State University.

portions of central and east central Indiana, including the
following areas, in central Indiana, Howard and Madison. In east
