  Martin County in southwestern Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 722 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Linton, Bloomfield, Shoals, Loogootee, Odon, Lyons, Elnora,
    Plainville, Sandborn, Montgomery, Switz City, Newberry,
    Crane, Cannelburg, Burns City, West Boggs Lake, Indian
    Springs, Lacy, Owensburg and Silverville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1030 PM EDT this evening for 
portions of south central and southwest Indiana, including the 
following areas, in south central Indiana, Lawrence. In southwest 
Indiana, Daviess, Greene, Knox and Martin.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
