* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Hendricks County in central Indiana...
  Northwestern Morgan County in central Indiana...
  Northeastern Owen County in west central Indiana...
  Southeastern Parke County in west central Indiana...
  Putnam County in west central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 941 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Greencastle, Mooresville, Cloverdale, Brooklyn, Monrovia,
    Paragon, Fillmore, Coatesville, Stilesville, Bethany, Belle
    Union, Little Point, Eminence, Quincy, Cecil Harden Lake,
    Lake Hart and Centerton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 1245 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1245 AM EDT early this morning for 
portions of central and west central Indiana, including the 
following areas, in central Indiana, Hendricks and Morgan. In west 
central Indiana, Owen, Parke and Putnam.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
