* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Howard County in central Indiana...
  Madison County in central Indiana...
  Eastern Tipton County in central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 645 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 218 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Anderson, Elwood, Alexandria, Windfall, Pendleton, Fortville,
    Chesterfield, Greentown, Ingalls, Lapel, Edgewood, Frankton,
    Summitville, Markleville, Orestes, Woodlawn Heights, Country
    Club Heights and River Forest.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for a portion of central Indiana, 
including the following areas, Howard, Madison and Tipton.

The threat for widespread flooding has increased over the area. 
Therefore the Flood Advisory has been replaced by a Flood Warning.
