* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Bartholomew County in central Indiana...
  Southwestern Shelby County in central Indiana...
  Jennings County in southeastern Indiana...

* WHEN...Until noon EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 848 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Columbus, Shelbyville, North Vernon, Vernon, Edinburgh, Hope,
    Flat Rock, Elizabethtown, Hartsville, Clifford, Grammer,
    Newbern, Country Squire Lakes, Hayden, Marietta, Paris
    Crossing and Boggstown.

The Flood Advisory is replaced by a Flood Warning for portions of 
central and southeast Indiana, including the following areas, in 
central Indiana, Bartholomew and Shelby. In southeast Indiana, 
Jennings.

The threat of flooding continues and a Flood Warning is now in
