* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northwestern Clay County in west central Indiana...
Southern Fountain County in west central Indiana...
Southwestern Montgomery County in west central Indiana...
Parke County in west central Indiana...
Northwestern Putnam County in west central Indiana...
Vermillion County in west central Indiana...
Northeastern Vigo County in west central Indiana...
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or
other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 406 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Terre Haute, Brazil, Clinton, Rockville, Newport, Fairview
Park, Cayuga, Seelyville, Montezuma, Knightsville, Rosedale,
Harmony, New Market, Dana, Staunton, Kingman, Perrysville,
Waveland, Carbon and Universal.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
