* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Sullivan County in southwestern Indiana...
  Clay County in west central Indiana...
  Vigo County in west central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1203 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
    the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
    already occurring.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Terre Haute, Brazil, West Terre Haute, Jasonville,
    Prairieton, Prairie Creek, Farmersburg, Seelyville,
    Knightsville, Clay City, Hymera, Staunton, Center Point,
    Riley, Cory, Pimento, Saline City, Indiana State University,
    North Terre Haute and Fontanet.
