* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Delaware County in central Ohio...
  Union County in central Ohio...
  Champaign County in west central Ohio...
  Logan County in west central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 1215 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 916 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
    Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
    Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Dublin, Westerville, Delaware, Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana,
    Powell, Sunbury, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty,
    Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Russells Point, Ashley, De Graff,
    Lakeview and Belle Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Keep children away from storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
Water levels can rise rapidly and sweep children away.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
