* WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following 
  counties, Breathitt, Floyd, Magoffin and Pike.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 655 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Prestonsburg, Coal Run Village, Martin, Allen, Pyramid, Blue
    River, Hippo, Hueysville, Orchard, Dotson, Gunlock, Mid,
    Dock, Bosco, Ordway, Eastern, Langley, Fredville, Gapville
    and Waldo.

  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is 
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 641 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Prestonsburg, Martin, Allen, Orchard, Ordway, Fredville,
