* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 419 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
    Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
    Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Covington, Florence, Independence, Erlanger, Maysville, Edgewood,
    Alexandria, Elsmere, Taylor Mill, Georgetown, Williamstown,
    Walton, Falmouth, Claryville, Oakbrook, Union, Amelia and
    Crittenden.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 715 PM EDT this evening for the 
following county, in Southeast Indiana, Switzerland, the following 
counties, in Northern Kentucky, Boone, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, 
Kenton and Pendleton, and the following counties, in Southwest Ohio, 
Brown and Clermont.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
