...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Fayette County in east central Indiana...
  Southwestern Wayne County in east central Indiana...
  Northwestern Franklin County in southeastern Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 204 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
    Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
    Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Connersville, Cambridge City, Dublin, Glenwood, Waterloo,
    Blooming Grove, Columbia, Metamora, Bunker Hill, Laurel, Milton,
    East Germantown, Mount Auburn, Mettel Field, Nulltown, Beesons,
    Alpine, Bentonville and Everton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The Flood Advisory is replaced by a Flash Flood Warning for portions
of east central and southeast Indiana, including the following areas,
in east central Indiana, Fayette and Wayne. In southeast Indiana,
Franklin.

The threat for flooding has increased over the area. Therefore the
flood advisory has been replaced by a flash flood warning. Please
refer to that bulletin for more information.
