* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Eastern Union County in east central Indiana...
Eastern Wayne County in east central Indiana...
* WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 605 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches
are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Richmond, Liberty, Fountain City, West College Corner, Salem,
Spring Grove, Bethel, Boston, Whitewater, Richmond Municipal
Airport, Witts Station, Kitchel, Middleboro, Goodwins Corner,
Cottage Grove, Billingsville and Charlottesville.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 9 AM EDT this morning for a portion
of east central Indiana, including the following areas, Union and
Wayne.
The threat for flooding has increased over the area. Therefore the
flood advisory has been replaced by a flash flood warning. Please
refer to that bulletin for more information.
