* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Hocking County in central Ohio...
Southeastern Pickaway County in central Ohio...
Northeastern Ross County in south central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1233 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Kingston, Londonderry, Mooresville and Hallsville.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 330 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of central and south central Ohio, including the following
areas, in central Ohio, Hocking and Pickaway. In south central Ohio,
Ross.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EDT Friday.
