FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING...
* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall
are possible over the Bobcat Lakes and Sand Creek burn scars in the
Pioneer Mountains.
* WHERE...The Pioneer Mountain range.
* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall over the Pioneer Mountains is possible
during the period of the watch. Residents near the fires and burn
scars should prepare for potential debris flow. Be sure to stay up
to date with information from local authorities. Heavy rainfall
could trigger flash flooding of low-lying areas, and debris flows
in and near recent wildfire burn scars.
